Where in the constitution is the fed or the states given the power to impliment health care? Another example of how the govenment ruins anything by getting itself involved.
Worse yet, it's not even health 'care'; it's insurance! And the quality and ubiquity of actual care is WAY lower than before the crooks and idiots started "fixing" things, beginning in the 1960s, by mandating changes in the way we shop for and purchase insurance. (That in itself constitutes a whole additional layer of enumerated powers abuses).
