BREAKING - District court judge HALTS CMS mandate in Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming pending a trial.
This case concerns the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (“CMS”) federal vaccine mandate on a wide range of healthcare facilities, reads the court order.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants are preliminarily enjoined from the implementation and enforcement of 86 Fed. Reg. 61,555 (Nov. 5, 2021), the Interim Final Rule with Comment Period entitled “Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination,” against any and all Medicare- and Medicaid-certified providers and suppliers within the States of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming pending a trial on the merits of this action or until further order of this Court. Defendants shall immediately cease all implementation or enforcement of the Interim Final Rule with Comment Period as to any Medicare- and Medicaid- certified providers and suppliers within the States of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
“Plaintiffs are likely to succeed in establishing that the CMS vaccine mandate is arbitrary and capricious.”
Those are the words of federal Judge Matthew T. Schelp of the Eastern District of Missouri in a 32-page opinion devastating the Biden Adminstration’s effort to force health-care workers to be vaccinated, writes Alex Berenson.
Today’s ruling, in a lawsuit brought by Missouri and other states, issues a preliminary injunction against the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services mandate.
The CMS mandate now joins Biden’s broader OSHA mandate on the chopping block. For now, it applies only in the 10 states that brought the lawsuit, including Iowa, Missouri, and New Hampshire.

Wasn't South Carolina included in that as well? I don't think they reported all the states correctly.
What about Ohio’s district ?! My husband is being forced or lose his job. We need the benefits.
@Jodi B The Associated Press reported these 10 following states in their article: Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.
If the Judges block this mandate jab for CMC providers in those 10 states then it should be automatically blocked for the rest of the states, in my opinion, just as the OSHA jab mandates for companies with more than 100 employees that got knocked down by a federal judge as well!!
My sister has until Dec 5th to take the jab or be suspended without pay and/or terminated if she does not comply. They will not accept nor approve any medical/religious exemptions as they say they will lose Medicare/Medicaid funding if they aren't 100% compliant. She just lost her husband to complete respiratory failure due to covid pneumonia (what was on his death certificate) which we all know is false. He had PNEUMONIA, was hospitalized, given Remdesivir, put on the vent & died 15 days later. The CDC Hospital protocol to raise the covid death rates so they can keep pushing the jabs. She says she HAS to work or lose everything she has, including her health insurance. She is literally being forced to take it and she KNOWS she is playing Russian Roulette with her life but feels she has no other choice since her husband passed & has no other income source to pay her bills & mortgage. But this is all part of the plannedemic...to force people to be dependent on the gov't for everything then they will control what you can have, not have, say or do. This country is going to hell in a handbasket with no end in sight!
