Editor's Note - the new headline reflects the essential status of the case - the GA SoS' office refused to investigate large numbers of signed affidavits of election fraud. The GA SoS filed an untruthful amicus brief in the case. GA SoS' office has unclean hands in the matter and is being given the ability to decide whether or not the ballots will be examined as VoterGA requests.
