CDMedia spoke to Attorney Bob Cheeley, plaintiff attorney in the Fulton County, GA election fraud case working its way through the court of Judge Amero in Henry County, having been moved out of Fulton for procedural reasons. Amero has granted Cheeley's, and attorneys for the other plaintiffs', request to unseal and scan at 600 dpi the mail-in ballots from the 2020 general election. Allegations are that tens of thousands of counterfeit ballots are included in the 147,000 batch of mail-in ballots and envelopes. The video surveillance film from State Farm Arena the night of Nov 3rd seems to validate these allegations.
Cheeley relayed shocking information regarding the security alarm incident yesterday at the Fulton County ballot storage warehouse where a door was found ajar, and the facility unattended.
Cheeley recounted how he hired his own off-duty police security detail since the hearing on May 21 to guard the warehouse as he did not trust Fulton County to do the job as per court order.
Fulton County attorneys had pressured the judge during earlier communications, saying the off-duty police cars were 'intimidating' the Fulton County employees by parking in the facility lot. The judge asked the private security force to park on the street, as Fulton County was threatening to arrest the off-duty officers for trespassing.
Fulton County had been ordered by Judge Amero to guard the facility 24/7.
Two Fulton County Sheriff vehicles had been securing the building since May 25th when Judge Amero ordered the facility guarded. Yesterday at 4pm, the two Sheriff cars left the parking lot for two hours. Twenty minutes after the cars left the premises, the security alarm went off. The private security detail heard the alarm and investigated, finding the door unlocked and the building unattended.
No one else responded to the alarm. Either they did this purposefully or the alarm system is not monitored. The off-duty officers walked in the building and did not see any further damage or personnel. At 8pm, a Fulton County employee finally came to lock the door.
Cheeley divulged there is one security camera at least on the top of the building, and he has requested this footage.
Cheeley delcared he is filing two motions of contempt against Fulton County this week for willfully disobeying the judge's order to have the facility guarded at all times. Judge Amero had issued an earlier injunction (1 of 2) to have the ballots secured.
Cheeley believes the court will eventually allow the mail-in ballot envelopes to also be examined and counted.
Cheeley declared the incident 'outrageous' and is either criminal behavior or incompetence to have the facility be open for a long holiday weekend, which he believe was the intention.
"It was to encourage someone to break in," he declared.

They left their post? Dereliction of duty and violation of a court order. They need to lose their jobs and go to prison. Things like this keep happening in Georgia and Democrats and the media say there is no evidence of any wrongdoing. Is everyone in Georgia crooked?
Rest assured that the deputies did not leave their post of their own volition. They would have to have been ordered to leave by their superior. This is a clear example of the Sheriffs office sabotaging the coming audit. Always keep in mind that a Sheriff Is a politician who ultimately follows orders from his party. There are exceptions but apparently not there.

Can you imagine the hoopla and chagrin if anyone had been caught inside the "secured" facility? Who had keys to open that door? Who were the officers assigned to guard that facility? If this was not an audible alarm, those who opened that door had to have been monitoring the signals and radio communications of the private security firm, otherwise they would have been caught.
These must be the same people who were guarding Epstein.

There must be a list of those who were to guard the facility, Put them under oath and get answers as to why they left. If is because they felt like it arrest them, fire them and indict them. Also replace them with US Marshals to guard the facility.

The event was planned. That is obvious. What the plan was is not so obvious. While everyone is looking for entry and tampering, they will find none. The deputies left their posts either before or after opening the door. The "breech" was designed to cast suspicion and doubt. At the moment it is a diversion. The event will be called up when the left need an excuse for some irregularity found. Watch and see.
I remember a similar thing happening in recent past. I think it was about some guy named Jeffrey Epstein or something like that.
Find out who was supposed to be on guard, grab there phones and track whoever gave them the order to leave. Follow that up with finding and questioning every person that has a key to that door. Track their phone location at the time of the alarm and make some arrest.

This needs immediate follow up and an answer from the Sheriff...he is responsible for the actions of his employees. Strange that a County employee showed up three hours after normal business hours to lock up. Door and ham appear intact and no forced breach apparent. Triggering the alarm was most definitely intended. Either the unsub had a key, or was already inside the building and attempted to exit. Possibly a County employee or was hired by County employee and given the key. Hopefully Judge Amero attaches culpability to the defendants as he should. Unwind the stay and begin the audit immediately before there is nothing left to audit.
